A high-rise residential building in the east of Moscow, built and handed over.

Solution

The building is composed of two high-rise volumes set at an angle. The facades rely on the contrast of terracotta and light brick, while vertical bands of glazing and balconies elongate the silhouette and break the mass into parts of legible scale.

My role

Work at RD-Project LLC, 2019-2022. APR, AGR, P and R stage documentation, state expertise approval, BIM model in ArchiCAD.
