Mountain House

A modular suburban residential concept for the Ninh Binh region of Vietnam. Homes of up to 110 m² form a changing silhouette that echoes the surrounding mountain ranges.

The layout includes a circular route for cars and bicycles, as well as docks for mooring boats. Residential modules gather around pedestrian-accessible public spaces. Wood and brick connect the architecture with the natural landscape.

Additional project material includes house plans and develops the landscape theme through asymmetrical volumes, sloped planes, stepped transitions and timber façades.
